不銹鋼切割的過程中容易出現(xiàn)的問題

  不銹鋼加工中有時(shí)候處理難以切割的位置,會(huì)使用切削技術(shù)進(jìn)行深加工,在切割的過程中,不銹鋼會(huì)表現(xiàn)出一些特征性的現(xiàn)象。

  第一,不銹鋼強(qiáng)度大易變形。不銹鋼在加工切削過程中,由于其有伸長(zhǎng)率一定,特別是奧氏體不銹鋼,會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的塑性變形,這就對(duì)切削加工產(chǎn)生了一定的難度。再者,不銹鋼自身的強(qiáng)度比較大,加大了切削過程中的雙項(xiàng)阻力,增強(qiáng)了切削力度。

第二,不銹鋼切割溫度高。切削過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的熱量,但是不銹鋼材質(zhì)又是導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)比較差的,所以熱量全部集中到切割區(qū)和刀片上了,不易散熱。

第三,切割難度大。不銹鋼是硬質(zhì)物質(zhì),塑性好,韌性大,但是在加工的時(shí)候,切割由于不易折斷、易粘連而導(dǎo)致切割擠壓不銹鋼表面,導(dǎo)致刀具過度磨損(這是因?yàn)榈毒弋a(chǎn)生磨損,致使刀面產(chǎn)生坑洼,形成微小的剝落和缺口;加上不銹鋼中硬度很高,切削時(shí)直接與刀具接觸、摩擦,擦傷刀具,還有加工硬化現(xiàn)象,均會(huì)使刀具磨損加?。瑥亩讳P鋼表面加工惡化。
Third, the cutting is difficult.  第四,不銹鋼易膨脹。在切割加工過程中,會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量熱量,從而導(dǎo)致不銹鋼膨脹,加大了切割加工的難度。
