激光切割機(jī)冬天使用注意事項(xiàng)

我們冬天在使用激光切割機(jī)的時(shí)候應(yīng)該注意哪些問(wèn)題：
一. 循環(huán)水, 1個(gè)月至少換一次,換水是把水泵中的過(guò)濾海綿也拿出來(lái)清洗一次.
二. 軌道上油,1個(gè)月至少上一次油,上油前先把過(guò)道擦洗干凈.
三. 蜂窩板下面,定期清理,防止碎布片多后導(dǎo)致起火.
四. 冰凍天氣,注意激光管內(nèi)的水可能會(huì)結(jié)冰,導(dǎo)致激光管破裂,顧,在冰凍天氣,不工作的時(shí)候,要么把激光管內(nèi)的水放出,要么把水泵24小時(shí)開(kāi)通,保持水流24小時(shí),這樣不會(huì)被冰凍.
五. 擦洗鏡片,1個(gè)星期擦洗一次,如果干凈可以不擦,但每個(gè)星期必須檢查一次.擦洗鏡片是注意不要?jiǎng)臃垂忡R后面的3個(gè)銅螺絲,且聚焦鏡不能裝反,最終是凹面向下,凹面才能聚光,如果裝反就散光,切出來(lái)的線(xiàn)條很粗,且切不透.

6.  以上步驟完成以后，將全部的接頭安裝還原。雖然已經(jīng)做了以上處理，依然不可以掉以輕心。溫
度過(guò)低依然會(huì)將制冷回路、壓縮機(jī)、散熱片、熱交換器等凍壞。保持環(huán)境溫度在5℃以上，可以有效地保護(hù)機(jī)器。
